Played in 3-on-3 format with minimal equipment and flexible rules, YOU.FO offers a fresh alternative to traditional sports — perfect for clubs, schools, universities and sports retailers looking to expand their offering with a modern, high-appeal sport.

  • 1. Start

    Hold the stick horizontally in front of your body with both hands. Ensure the red cone (where the ring rests) is facing straight up.

  • 2. Push&Pull

    Generate speed by moving both arms simultaneously in opposite directions:

    • Pull: Pull your left arm (the back hand) firmly toward your chest.
    • Push: At the same time, push your right arm (the front hand) forward and outward.

  • 3. Stop&Fly

    To launch the ring, bring the stick to a sudden stop while pointing in your target direction. This abrupt halt allows the ring to slide off the cone and creates the rotation needed for a stable flight.

  • 4. Catch

    Anticipate the flight of the ring. As it reaches you, move the stick along with the ring to "cushion" the landing. By matching its momentum, you take out the bounce and ensure a clean catch.
