Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sportsolute. We stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following "As-New" requirements:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and undamaged.

Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags and protective seals intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required.
3. Eligible & Non-Returnable Items
While we strive for customer satisfaction, certain restrictions apply:

Eligible Products: Returns are fully accepted for all Odea and Exuro products, provided they meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.

Non-Returnable Items: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Perishable goods (such as food, supplements, or plants).

Customized or personalized products (special orders).

Personal care goods (such as beauty products or hygiene-sensitive gear).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Final Sale: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Return Procedure
To start a return, you must contact us at info@sportsolute.com.

Authorized Returns: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

5. European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the "As-New" conditions (unworn, tags attached, original packaging) to qualify.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a full refund as necessary.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
